That is the moment Naemn is built for. Instead of walking from salon to salon and waiting your turn, find the chair nearest you, book a time, and sit down when it’s yours.

    Open the map, see the salons and barbers near you, and choose the services you want from the salon’s menu.

    Pick a day and a time and send a booking request. The salon confirms within about 15 minutes, or suggests another time.

    Go at your time, take the chair and pay cash at the salon. Every booking lives in My Bookings, where you can cancel or leave a review after your visit.

  • The first month is free once your salon is approved, whichever plan you pick: no commission and no fee for 30 days.
  • Monthly plans start after the free month, and we remind you 3 days before each fee. You can switch at any time.
  • Commission is on app bookings only. Walk-ins, phone bookings and no-shows pay none.
  • Customers pay you in cash. Naemn’s share is settled every week by InstaPay or mobile wallet.

Questions people ask.

01How do I pay?

In cash at the salon. For a home visit, you pay the barber in cash. There’s no online payment in the app.

02Can I cancel?

Yes, from My Bookings. You can cancel a request before the salon answers, and cancel a confirmed booking free of charge up to each salon’s cutoff (2 hours before, unless the salon changes it). Later cancellations are marked as late.

03Where does Naemn work?

We start in Alexandria, then parts of Cairo.

04Who are the barbers who come to my home?

Barbers who work at Naemn’s partner salons. Naemn verifies every barber before they take home visits, and the salon confirms the barber you picked within 5 minutes or sends you another verified barber.

05Which languages does the app speak?

Arabic and English, and you can switch in Settings. This site is in both too.

06What does a salon pay Naemn?

Nothing for the first month after approval. Then either pay per booking with no monthly fee (10% of app bookings and 15% of home visits), or a monthly plan at 499, 999 or 1,799 EGP with no commission on salon bookings and 15% on home visits. See pricing.

07When are the apps out?
